• Prepare documentation for internal reviews and act as contractual point of contact with our customers.
• Prepare and submit proposals to customers.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and incorporate results into existing contracts.
• Pursue and conclude any past due commercial claims with the customer.
• Communicate, coordinate, and monitor requirements and performance of out-of-scope work with program management, finance, procurement, engineering, quality and the Director of Contracts as required. Direct the work of Contract Administrators and other respective administrative staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, contract management, or program management.
• Experience working with utility contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
