• Pre-Go-Live
  • Learn system changes and business impacts.
  • Support field engagement activities and roadshows.
  • Assist with training logistics and classroom support.
  • Participate in readiness activities and user testing.
• Go-Live
  • Conduct field huddles to reinforce key updates.
  • Serve as a liaison between training teams and field employees.
  • Support last-mile readiness and answer questions in real time.
• Post-Go-Live
  • Provide on-site floor support for field teams.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate critical concerns.
  • Facilitate office hours and refresher sessions.
  • Document and report issues and adoption risks.
  • Support transition to steady-state operations.

• 2+ years of experience in field operations environments.
• Experience supporting mobile tools or ERP systems in field settings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach employees through change and technology transitions.
• Basic troubleshooting and issue triage experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License.

• Experience supporting ERP implementations (SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SSAM, etc.).
• Exposure to large-scale system deployments or go-live support.
• Familiarity with business readiness and change management practices.

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
