Construction Roadway Management Support

• Assist with construction plans and collaborate on roadway plans.
• Participate in the conceptual development of parking and roadway projects, coordinating with subcontractor teams for effective scheduling and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations, including safety and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and financials, controlling costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.

• Experience in heavy-duty pavement reconstruction (AASHTO-based design oversight).
• Knowledge of utility relocation and capacity upgrades.
• Proficiency in medium-voltage electrical coordination.
• Background in industrial maintenance facilities construction.
• Understanding of stormwater and environmental compliance (MS4, SWPPP).
• Experience with phased construction in active operations.
• Civil or electrical construction experience.
