• Maintain all rooms and public spaces in tip‑top shape—sparkling, shiny, and up to company standards.
• Lead, train, and inspire the engineering squad, scheduling shifts and driving performance.
• Run fire safety inspections and drills, ensuring safety compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests to boost guest service scores.
• Patrol grounds, clear debris, manage “Lost and Found,” and keep the property presenting itself.
• Access sensitive areas and represent the company with trust and sound judgment daily.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of hotel/related experience, or 2‑year degree with 3+ years, or 4‑year degree with 2+ years.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical).
• Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Financial and arithmetic proficiency.
