Job Summary
Conduct teaching, service, patient care activities and scholarly activities in support of the mission, goals and objectives of the college and University with a primary role at We Care Dental Rancho Mirage.

- Recognized knowledge and experience in area of expertise.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both writing and orally to individuals and groups.
- Ability to interact in an effective and positive manner with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including administration, faculty, students, staff, and outside contacts.
- Ability to effectively conduct detail-oriented assignments and to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively deal with multiple responsibilities in an academic environment.
- Education:
DDS or DMD or equivalent degree. - Experience:
Minimum of five years clinical experience with demonstrated managerial and mentoring skills. - Dental Licensure:
Must have active California license or be qualified to obtain licensure in California. - Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must maintain a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) that satisfies the requirements of the Western
U Vehicle Use Policy.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in advanced general dentistry (GPR or AEGD).
- 3-5 years of clinical practice are preferred.
- Experience in academics, clinical research, and private practice is desirable.
- Demonstrated dental practice management experience.
List comments regarding work hours. Usual hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with the possibility of an earlier or later start time. Evening or weekends may be required. May be required to travel to CDM sites including but not limited to sites located in Pomona, El Monte, and Chino Hills.
