$120,000 / yr – $140,000 / yr

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead preconstruction planning, including budgets, schedules, subcontractor bidding, and scope definition
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and vendor/subcontractor management
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain project documentation, track budgets, and manage schedules in Procore or similar software
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Anticipate potential challenges, proactively resolving issues to maintain timelines and budgets
• Mentor and lead project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven success managing office tenant improvement and/or high‑end interior finishes projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

• Office TI, corporate interiors, and luxury finish work
• Local market knowledge and existing subcontractor relationships
• Ground‑up experience a plus, but not required
