Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Pomona CA - 91768
Duration:
17+ Months (With possible extension)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Analyst–Business
3) to support a large-scale product development and system integration initiative. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience leading moderately complex projects, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Support the Product Development team by analyzing user stories, business cases, and requirements.
- Review Business Process Documents created by system integrators for quality, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between system integrators and internal business SMEs to provide clarification and resolve questions.
- Partner with Advisors and POD owners to drive tactical tasks into testing and final implementation stages.
- Develop strategies that improve efficiency and support best practices across the business.
- Identify business needs, define requirements, assess risks/costs, and recommend solutions.
- Lead implementation activities, including documentation, testing, training, and deployment.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and effort.
- Maintain working knowledge of emerging technologies, systems, and architectures.
- 5–7 years of experience performing analysis in a business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to work independently.
- Understanding of supply chain principles, including material management, warehouse operations, or procurement.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
- Experience supporting system integrators or large enterprise transformation projects.
- Hands‑on involvement in reviewing business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $27- $28/hr. on W2
