Minimum $22.00 Hourly, Maximum $23.72 Hourly

Provides Enrollment Management support by processing admissions data, maintaining data integrity, and supplying accurate and timely data to stakeholders.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively interact with administration, faculty, students, staff, and outside contacts.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Experience with Slate preferred.
• Skill with fax, copy machine, printer, and telephone operation.

• Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to operate a 10-key calculator.
• Good time management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrate a commitment to working in an organization that values and promotes humanism.

Any combination of education, training or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Minimum of one to three years of clerical experience.

• Experience with Slate preferred.
• Experience in a University and/or Recruitment/Admissions office setting preferred.
