In compliance with SB 1162, Western University of Health Sciences is providing a pay scale for this position. The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.

Job Summary
Provides support to the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP) and COMP-Northwest, Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) by effectively managing course information and schedules, maintaining confidential student information, and assisting with the coordination and facilitation of the curriculum. Works closely with the teaching faculty to ensure proper curriculum delivery.

- Computer skills necessary to setup document formats in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and any other software programs required by this position.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to strategize.

Education:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the position.
Experience:
- 2-4 years clerical office experience.
