Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Process and monitor invoices from receipt, coding and approval to payment confirmation.
- Set up new vendor accounts - obtain and review required documentation.
- Self-motivated and able to handle assigned responsibilities independently.
- Perform additional administrative functions.
- Minimum of two years' accounts payable experience required.
- Knowledge of Timberline construction software a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
