Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected acute care team in Polson, MT. This position offers several scheduling options, including part-time day shifts and per diem/on‑call opportunities. Eligible external hires may qualify for up to a $10,000 hiring bonus.

• Deliver professional, comprehensive nursing care in a fast‑paced acute care environment
• Provide coordinated, evidence‑based, and compassionate care tailored to patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with nursing practice standards, hospital policies, and state regulations
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Preferred:
  National Certification in area of specialty

• Base salary: $77,937 - $121,014 per year
• Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires
