• The CT Technologist, under the direction of a radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• The CT Technologist will provide services timely and efficiently, at appropriate levels to all patients and in all settings served by the department.
• This requires independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation in special procedures for a radiologic diagnosis, whether scheduled or emergent, while providing radiation protection according to prescribed safety standards.
• The CT Technologist will also perform tasks and duties as outlined in the Radiology Department's Policy and Procedures Manual; will assist in assigned administrative tasks and will maintain clinical competencies through participation in educational and orientation programs.
• He/she will also participate in the clinical activities, including call, within the outlined department.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Upon hire:
  Montana Radiologic Technologist
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire:
  National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography, or
• Within 1 year of hire National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

• 1-year general radiology experience.
