This position plans and implements specific and individualized treatment programs to patients according to the principles of physical therapy.

** What you’ll do
*** Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, while addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of orthopedic patients, (total joints, post-op patients, sprains, strains) general weakness and neurologic conditions of all ages.
* Play a critical collaborative role in communication with entire medical team.
* Provide quality patient and family education and actively contribute to long-term success.
** What we are looking for
*** Current
** Montana physical therapy license*
* -or
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with the ability to obtain a Montana physical therapy license within 30 days of hire.
* Current HS AED CPR certification.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.
