Key Purpose of this role is the effective operation of the PDM system, including the capture and updating of documents, and the auditing of the PDM system
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Actively drives Quality awareness on site
- Owner of TNA for quality management system competence
- Support non-conformance management and ensure loop closure
- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of the Quality management systems in the brewery
- Align document controller goals and objectives with business strategy
- Assist in the implementation of the quality management process
- Site champion for all document and record keeping by ensuring PDM is managed as per the SAP configuration system
- Ensure all documentation including work practice documentation is current and reflective of the process
- Motivate key personnel to take accountability for Document management within their area of responsibility
- Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, standard operating practices and site‑specific policies for Document Control and Records
- Plan and manage internal and external audits
Competencies:
- Sound knowledge and experience of the food safety system and standards
- Computer Literacy
- Keen interest in data manipulation
- Good all‑round knowledge of AB‑InBev manufacturing processes and philosophies
- Proven knowledge and experience in integrating and facilitating a multi‑disciplinary group of skills, specialists and functions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Results focused with the ability to continuously raise the bar to achieve operational excellence
- Tertiary Qualification in Sciences (or equivalent)
- 3 year related tertiary qualification
- 3‑5 years in a quality assurance discipline with solid understanding of systems and knowledge of brewery processes
- Previous auditing experience would be advantageous
- BAND: IX
