• Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Completed N2 — Tractor Mechanic
• 3–5 years’ experience turning wrenches like a pro
• A sharp eye for detail — precise, thorough, accurate
• A mindset that always looks for ways to add value
• Clear criminal record
• A team-first attitude

• Putting together spot‑on quotations that match customer needs
• Servicing, repairing, and overhauling agricultural equipment (tractors, implements & more!)
• Keeping your paperwork as clean as your best toolbox — all according to VKB procedures
• Playing it safe: sticking to all Health & Safety rules
• Building solid relationships with customers and suppliers
• Handling guarantee claims like a champ
• Sharing your knowledge — mentoring others and living the VKB values
• Cross‑marketing awesome VKB products and promotions
• Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and clients
• Tackling daily ad‑hoc tasks with a smile
