Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are a trusted name in the seafood industry, specializing in the sourcing and distribution of high-quality fish and seafood products. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record and an existing book of business in the fish/seafood industry.

• Leverage your current book of business to drive immediate sales
• Develop and manage customer relationships within the seafood and fish markets (wholesalers, restaurants, distributors, retailers, etc.)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and product specifications with clients
• Communicate customer needs to operations to ensure order fulfillment
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in seafood/fish sales
• Established book of business in the fish/seafood industry
• Strong understanding of seafood products and market pricing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Must be able to travel to meet clients or attend industry events as needed
