We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.

- Utilize Quick Books software to manage financial transactions and reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

- Monitor and update ledgers to reflect current financial activities.

- Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy of financial data.

- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve processes.

- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.

- Manage data entry tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

- Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and industry standards.

Requirements - Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related role.

- Proficiency in Quick Books software for financial management.

- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.

- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on precision.

- Familiarity with maintaining and updating financial ledgers.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data.
