The Aquatics Manager position is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and customer service interactions. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, customer conversations as well as teaching lessons when necessary. The role also requires due diligence with tracking required certifications for instructors and continuing employee development.

• Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
• Creation of employee schedules and pool lesson schedules.
• Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
• Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. Aquatics qualification desirable but not required.
• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid certifications obtainable during training.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary‑aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Experience with children or a child‑focused job is helpful but not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
