American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry/PCU position at a Level II Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center facility, requiring at least 1-2 years of experience and night shift availability.

• 24-bed Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry unit
• Patient population includes stroke, chest pain, PCI, and open-heart surgery patients
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR used; experience preferred

• Active Idaho or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience required
• Telemetry or PCU/stepdown experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Facility is a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level II Trauma, and Chest Pain Accredited facility
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Travel pairs or groups are not accepted for this position
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
• First-time travelers should check position details for eligibility
