We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Medical-Surgical team in Pocatello, Idaho. This is a full-time opportunity to utilize your nursing skills and expertise to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As a Med/Surg Registered Nurse, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Respond effectively and efficiently to life-threatening situations, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Organize and prioritize patient care delivery, delegating tasks as appropriate and ensuring timely and effective care.
- Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and other necessary treatments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and revise the plan of care as needed.
- Communicate effectively and collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Competitive Base Salary: USD $53,633 to $68,328 annually (commensurate with experience).

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Idaho.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
