Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience to join our growing team focused on positive patient outcomes and learning.

• Consulting with diagnostic results, reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
• Requires compassionate bedside manner, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Position involves travel to patient homes in personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) with scheduled hours, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
• Opportunity for certification reimbursement and potential pay increase upon wound care certification.

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP)
• Masters Degree from an accredited NP program
• At least 1 year of wound care and NP experience
• Preferred certifications (WCC, CWON, CWS) and experience in wound, home care, ER, or ICU settings
• Must work independently, communicate effectively, and be willing to learn.

• Full-time, $140,000/year, benefits include health/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and vision insurance.
• No weekend shifts; flexible schedule; on-the-road work with mileage reimbursement.
