Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience to join a growing, positive-focused organization dedicated to patient outcomes.

• Must have wound care experience and clear verbal communication skills.
• Prior primary care and wound care experience is a plus.
• Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, diagnosing, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
• Requires compassionate bedside manner, strong analytical skills, and punctuality.
• Position involves travel in a personal vehicle to see patients at home, with mileage reimbursed.
• Company offers certification reimbursement and a salary up to $140,000/year, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a master's degree from an accredited program.
• One year of wound care and NP experience; certifications like WCC, CWON, or CWS are highly recommended.
• Preference for experience in wound care, home care, emergency, or ICU settings.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends; opportunity for pay raise with certification.
• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
