We are seeking a proven Senior Construction Project Manager who can drive multiple large‑scale projects to successful completion—consistently hitting performance goals, controlling budgets, and delivering every milestone on schedule. This leader aligns cross‑functional teams, shapes project fulfillment strategies, and transforms stakeholder input into executable plans that elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities- Architect and implement fulfillment strategies that optimize material flow, production sequencing, and customer support outcomes
- Analyze demand trends and production capacity to proactively adjust schedules and maintain on‑time delivery performance.
- Define, track, and improve KPIs that measure project execution, operational efficiency, and customer impact.
- Mitigate risks before they escalate by developing forward‑looking contingency plans with key stakeholders.
- Resolve execution barriers quickly
, driving cross‑functional action plans and escalating high‑impact issues when necessary. - Build and manage comprehensive project roadmaps
, ensuring milestones, resources, and timelines remain aligned with business goals. - Control project budgets with precision

- Unify sales, production, S&OP, customer service, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of proven success in construction engineering, project management, operations, or materials management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, solve complex problems, and move projects forward with urgency.
- Exceptional organizational discipline with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
- Skilled communicator capable of influencing diverse stakeholders across a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams toward shared outcomes.
- PMI/PMP certification preferred.
