Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Maintenance Technician located in Pocatello,  Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the property. Daily tasks include conducting equipment inspections, troubleshooting issues, performing general repairs, and managing routine maintenance. The role supports the overall upkeep and operational efficiency of assigned buildings or residential units.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance or similar fields
• Ability to follow safety procedures and effectively use tools and equipment
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials and work in various environments
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in maintenance or related fields are a bonus
