JOB SUMMARY The FBI's Information Technology Infrastructure Division (ITID) is seeking a highly qualified Visualization Specialist to install, secure, manage, and maintain the Cloud on Premise and Virtual Desktops. This includes working with customers and partners in a fast-paced, challenging environment providing critical services for the FBI. * Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance MAJOR DUTIES: GS-12:
* Works with unit leadership to formulate goals, initiatives, and plans to accomplish and maintain the FBI mission.
* Collaborates with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex problems.
* Supports end-users by resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
* Installs, configures, and troubleshoots Enterprise virtual and physical servers, software, and IT systems. GS-13, in addition to the above:
* Researches, analyzes, designs, implements, documents, and tests IT systems.
* Ensures compliance with security protocols during hardware and software maintenance.
* Provides recommendations to team and unit leadership regarding upgrades, configuration changes, system requirements, and new emerging technology.
