We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Physical Therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference, work collaboratively, and grow professionally in a dynamic, patient-centered setting to join our in-house therapy team at Gateway Transitional Care Center in Pocatello, .

• Take the lead in developing new programs and step into leadership roles as you grow with us.
• Diverse Clinical Experience
  • Treat a wide variety of medical conditions across the long-term care, short-term rehab, and outpatient setting.
• Top-of-License Practice
  • Care for approximately 30 short-term rehab patients and 50 long-term care residents and outpatients using your full skillset every day including orthopedics, neuro rehab, cardiovascular recovery, dementia care, lymphedema/wound care, contracture management, custom mobility devices, the list is endless!
• Experience the power of true interdisciplinary collaboration alongside occupational, physical, and speech therapists, and skilled nursing teams.

  • Work in a state-of-the-art environment featuring:
    • A fully equipped therapy gym
    • A therapy pool
