We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist with a strong background in helping patients regain their independence and return to doing what they love. You will be working in our Out-Patient clinic for Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot and in Pocatello, Idaho. As a member of our team this role requires a proactive individual who embodies our core values and is committed to excellence in every task.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to set achievable goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to improve patients' physical strength, coordination, and range of motion.
• Teach patients compensatory techniques, educate them on energy conservation, joint protection, and self-care skills.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to patients' family members, caregivers, and other support groups in maximizing patients' abilities.
• Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in physical therapy and incorporate them into the treatment plans.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure a safe and hygienic treatment environment.

• Passionate about implementation of activities of daily living
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to prioritize workload, complete required documentation, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work with patients of varying physical abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and digital therapeutic tools is a plus.
• Collaboration and open communication are highly valued

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
• Licensed in the state of Idaho or ability to obtain immediate licensure
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist

• Out-Patient Clinic Setting;
  Blackfoot and Pocatello Location
• Monday - Friday
