** - Join a collaborative and dynamic team on the Med/Surg Floor 4A!

- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) - Experience

Required:

2 years of RN experience with travel experience - Patient Ratios: 1:6 - Charting System:

Experience with Epic required - Preferred

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS (within 12 months of hire) - Competence in a variety of specialties, including:

- Medical Surgical - Cardiovascular - Neurological/Psychiatric - Endocrine/Metabolic - Post-Operative care - Skills Needed:

- Comprehensive knowledge of patient care processes - Proficient in managing complex patient diagnoses such as:

- Sepsis - AKI - Respiratory failure - Cardiac conditions - Trauma

- Experience with diverse interventions, including IV therapy, tracheostomy care, and wound management - Must float as needed, following competencies - Weekend Coverage:
Every other weekend - Daily Census: 48 patients in total - Number of Beds: 48 - Interdisciplinary support includes:

- IV Teams - Physical Therapy - Respiratory Services - and more
