Adults, Geriatrics
- ** Daily Census**: 48
** Essential
Skills and Qualifications **:
- Active Idaho RN License - BLS Certification - ACLS Certification (within 12 months of hire) - Expertise in nursing processes for varied patient age groups - Strong documentation skills meeting regulatory and hospital standards - Proven ability to manage clinical competencies and professional growth
** Preferred Experience**:
- Teaching Hospital - Trauma Level II - MS/Tele, Cardiovascular, Neurological/Psychiatric Care - Relevant medical conditions:
Sepsis, COPD, Trauma, AKI, etc.
** Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct patient care with compassion and skill - Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams - Interpret and respond to critical patient data - Assist with procedures and manage post-operative care - Maintain a professional demeanor in a dynamic environment
