Job Overview

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking qualified Independently Licensed Therapists to join our Skilled Nursing Facility Therapy team in the Pocatello area.

As a team member, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire, whether as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor.

Our team of mental health treatment professionals provides comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities, and we encourage a collaborative culture with hands-on leadership.

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR.
• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

• Full-time or Part-time, W2, and Independent Contractor opportunities are available.
• Onsite in SNF/LTC settings

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Billable Rate Model, W2 or 1099 available
• Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and licensure
