Oak Mountain Dental is a family-focused dental practice dedicated to providing professional, efficient, and fun patient care. Our team of three doctors—Dr. Jake Richards, Dr. James Brandon Call, and Dr. Mitch Driscoll—is supported by a skilled administrative and clinical staff, ensuring a positive patient experience at every visit.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and adaptable Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Desk team member to join our practice and help us continue delivering excellent patient care.

- Monday / Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday / Wednesday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (varies: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 11:30 am – 7:00 pm)
- Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Greet and welcome patients to the practice
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
- Assist patients with forms and review patient charts
- Present treatment plans to patients and update patient records
- Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and payment methods
- Communicate with insurance providers regarding claims and inquiries
- Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Schedule follow-up appointments and provide telephone reminders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
- Solid work ethic and professionalism
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
