Oak Mountain Dental is a family-focused dental practice dedicated to providing professional, efficient, and fun patient care. Our team of three doctors—Dr. Jake Richards, Dr. James Brandon Call, and Dr. Mitch Driscoll—is supported by a skilled administrative and clinical staff, ensuring a positive patient experience at every visit.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and adaptable Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Desk team member to join our practice and help us continue delivering excellent patient care.

Work Schedule
  • Monday / Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday / Wednesday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (varies: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 11:30 am – 7:00 pm)
  • Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients to the practice
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
  • Assist patients with forms and review patient charts
  • Present treatment plans to patients and update patient records
  • Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and payment methods
  • Communicate with insurance providers regarding claims and inquiries
  • Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and provide telephone reminders
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Solid work ethic and professionalism
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Compensation
  • $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
