Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Support Center Rep for our Pocatello location. Connections Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Support Center Representative to start immediately.

As a Member Support Center Representative, you will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explain services, respond to problems, and direct phone calls to the appropriate area. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services to members.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred-but not required
• High School Graduate or GED
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional listening skills
• Confidence to sell over the phone
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts
• Must be bondable

Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

$ hourly/DOE
