Call Center Manager – In‑office position requiring excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, and customer service experience. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed and as a training tool.
- Provide customer service.
- Manage sales representatives’ schedules.
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
