Based in Plymouth.
Salary – £25,769.57 per annum pro rata.
Permanent contract – 22 hours per week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Plymouth House is a new accommodation opportunity providing a safe space for young people to engage in our EMOTE Programme (Enter Meaningful Occupation, Training & Employment) and develop the skills to live independently.
About the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Youth Worker to join our Team at Plymouth House. You will play a crucial role in building trusted relationships, developing and delivering a programme of activities to empower young people to build life skills and move into employment.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain trusted relationships with young people.
- Develop and deliver a programme of activities to support life skills development.
- Support young people in their transition to independent living and employment.
