Experienced Carpenter/ Multitrader – Property Maintenance (Plymouth & Surrounds)
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and reliable carpenter to join our growing team maintaining and refurbishing properties across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- General property maintenance and repairs
- Void property refurbishments and turnarounds
Basic plumbing, tiling, joinery, painting, and decorating, plastering - Working independently and keeping properties clean and tidy
- Proven experience (essential)
- Reliable, proactive, and trustworthy
- Driving licence preferred
- Own tools preferred
- Permanent, full-time (minimum 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
- Self-employed position, paid weekly
- Competitive pay: £17–£21/hour
