Multi Trade Carpenter

You’ll be working for a maintenance contractor in the Plymouth area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi Trade Carpenter.

• Carry out full property inspections to identify required carpentry and multi-trade repairs before re-letting
• Install, repair, or adjust door frames, linings, architraves, skirting boards, and ironmongery
• Fit and repair kitchen units, worktops, plinths, and pelmets
• Install or repair bathroom fixtures including bath panels and boxing-in pipework
• Complete reactive maintenance tasks across trades including basic plumbing (tap changes, waste repairs), minor tiling, and patch plastering

• Previous Multi trades experience within the housing sector
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to commute to and from site reliably
• Have your own van and tools

• Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
• Long-term work
• Potential for full-time employment if desired

This role is offering a day rate of £230.

Based in Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
