Salary: £45,000 + Door to Door

Plymouth

Shift: Monday – Friday (42.5hrs) / Overtime offered at 1.5x

My client, a specialist industrial door engineering company, is looking for a Senior Industrial Door Engineer to join their fitter team. you will be involved in installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment, such as industrial doors, steel doors, high-speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Industrial Door Engineer
Installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors, steel doors, high-speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors
Occasionally working on loading bays, dock levellers, dock shelters, buffers, wheel guides, traffic light systems, and sectional doors
Performing basic electrical wiring tasks
Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment
Attending occasional call outs

What we are looking for in the Senior Industrial Door Engineer
Experience on any Industrial doors such as roller shutters, insulated roller shutters, sectional doors, high speed doors, steel doors and gates barriers are desirable however we are willing to work with engineers that specialise in one of these areas with an ambition and drive to learn about the rest.

CSCS, IPAF, and Pasma desirable but not essential
A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

The client is prepared to offer the Senior Industrial Door Engineer
Brilliant average annual earning potential with door-to-door pay
Overtime pay at 1.5 x or 2x  
20 days holiday + Bank holidays
Fully equipped company van
