We’re now looking for a Multi Trade Operative Plumber to join our dedicated in-house Water Hygiene team. If you're passionate about high-quality work, customer care, and playing your part in keeping our homes safe and compliant, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll be a key player in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of thousands of residents. Your work will support our water hygiene compliance programme, including:

  • Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments
  • Performing planned maintenance inspections
  • Completing responsive plumbing repairs across our housing stock in Plymouth
  • Conducting water system disinfections

It’s varied, meaningful work where no two days look the same.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A qualified plumber (preferably with a completed Plumbing Apprenticeship)
  • Experienced in water hygiene and legionella control
  • A confident problem-solver who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused, flexible, enthusiastic, and ready to grow your skills
  • A driver with a full UK licence
