Multi Skilled Plumber (Water Hygiene) Join Our Team at Plymouth Community Homes

We’re now looking for a Multi Trade Operative Plumber to join our dedicated in-house Water Hygiene team. If you're passionate about high-quality work, customer care, and playing your part in keeping our homes safe and compliant, we want to hear from you.
The RoleYou’ll be a key player in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of thousands of residents. Your work will support our water hygiene compliance programme, including:
- Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments
- Performing planned maintenance inspections
- Completing responsive plumbing repairs across our housing stock in Plymouth
- Conducting water system disinfections
It’s varied, meaningful work where no two days look the same.
What We’re Looking ForYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A qualified plumber (preferably with a completed Plumbing Apprenticeship)
- Experienced in water hygiene and legionella control
- A confident problem-solver who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused, flexible, enthusiastic, and ready to grow your skills
- A driver with a full UK licence
