• Installing, maintaining, and repairing automated gates and traffic barriers, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Diagnosing faults and providing efficient repairs to ensure safety and operational reliability for clients.
• Delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues and solving problems efficiently.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in industrial automation, mechanical engineering, or related fields (e.g., NVQ or equivalent).
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., DHF, ADSA certifications) is a plus.
• Proactive approach to safety and preventative maintenance practices.
• Experience in working with automated gates, barriers, or access control systems.
