A construction solutions company in Plymouth is seeking a PTS Foreman for new projects lasting 6 months. The ideal candidate must hold an SMSTS certification, a minimum CSCS gold card, and have experience overseeing steel work repairs. Responsibilities include managing grit blasting and deck repairs on structures over water. Candidates should be willing to work weekends and possess a strong health and safety mindset.

Additional qualifications like CISRS basic scaffold are desirable but not compulsory.
