We are recruiting for a highly recognised, industry leading Fire and Security business and is growing rapidly. The company has a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the Country. Due to their expanding team and client base, they are now seeking an Academy Technician in Plymouth/Exeter!
They have launched an academy and with that involves:
- Being trained in fire ,CCTV, Access Control and intruder alarms through an accelerated graduation scheme over a 6 month period
- To go and shadow our senior engineers out in the field across a range of different sites
- Classroom theory work would also be involved for one week per month
- After 6 months (depending on how quickly you pick it up), you will graduate and be out in the field
- The ability to manage your own dairy for the month
- Continuous training and development to get you skilled across fire and security aspects
- Salary increments and bonuses
- Fully stock manual van, tools, uniform and IT support provided from the start
