• Lead all aspects of the store, ensuring a positive tone and strong work ethic by example.
• Strictly enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory policies.
• Supervise store sales performance and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Assign and manage shift scheduling for team members.
• Meet standards for quality, customer service, health and safety, protecting employees and customers.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and retain part‑time staff.
• Develop a passionate working environment and continuously grow the bubble baristas.
• Build, develop, and maintain a high‑performing team.
• Respond to customer complaints and comments.
• Train and educate the team on drink processes and policies.
• Manage Tik Tok content creation.
• Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company.

• Experience in a managerial/supervisory role driving a high‑sales‑focused culture in a fast‑paced food/beverage industry.
• Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Energetic person with positive thinking and a “can do” attitude.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers & the team.
