Senior Maritime Nursing Officer — Ultra-Luxury VIP Care
Plymouth, United Kingdom | Posted on 25/02/2026
The Mission Transition your high-acuity clinical skills to the zenith of the private maritime sector. We are seeking an elite nursing professional to provide dedicated, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. Your professional domain will be a world-class superyacht cruising exclusively through the Mediterranean’s most prestigious waters. The upcoming itinerary includes the dramatic cliffs of Bonifacio, the luxury of Porto Cervo, and the historic serenity of Patmos.
The Team You will practice as a vital member of a highly sophisticated, multidisciplinary medical unit. Under the expert leadership of a Lead British Doctor, you will work in close collaboration with specialist Physiotherapists and an elite, strictly Western-trained nursing cohort.
The Safety Our clinical protocols are designed for maximum patient safety and professional longevity. We enforce a mandatory double-nurse shift system around the clock. This ensures constant clinical redundancy for critical decisions and guarantees the necessary downtime to maintain the highest levels of alertness and care.
The Process To respect the demanding schedules of frontline ICU and ER professionals and to maintain total confidentiality, the entire initial interview phase is conducted via a secure, private online platform.
RequirementsRequirements
Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
4+ years of recent, high-acuity experience (ICU, ER, or A&E).
Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
30 days of annual leave.
Premium en-suite quarters (strictly private, non-standard crew quarters).
All expenses fully covered (including international flights, high-end catering, and bespoke uniforms).
