Growing Faith Lead

This role is vital in ensuring that children and young people are central to the Plymouth 2035 project.

Be a strategic leader, responsible for a new initiative to reach significant numbers of children and young people across the city.

Work in partnership with churches across the city to recruit, support and resource staff and volunteer teams.

Qualifications

Significant experience of youth or children work in church and schools.

Exceptional organisation skills, being proficient in creating and implementing policies and procedures, especially safeguarding.
