Recycling Operative - Level 3

Help us make a difference as Level 3 Operative at our site in Plymouth.

This is a full-time Recycling Operative, Level 3 role based in Plymouth.

The working hours are 7am–6pm Monday to Thursday and 7am–2pm on Fridays.

£31,553 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Wheeled Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT, Baler, and Control Room systems, ensuring all equipment is used safely and in line with site requirements. You will also be expected to undertake additional duties as required to support the operation. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, so a willingness to learn and develop is essential.

• Operate a Wheeled Loading Shovel safely and efficiently
• Operate a Telehandler in line with site and safety requirements
• Operate an FLT as required
• Operate a Baler and associated machinery
• Monitor and operate Control Room systems
• Undertake any training provided by the company and carry out additional duties as required

• Previous experience and knowledge gained in the waste sector (Desirable).
• Experience with operating a Wheeled Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT, Baler, or associated machinery would be beneficial; training can be provided on site.
