Parts Trade Sales Manager

The main purpose of a Vospers Parts Trade Sales Manager is to achieve Parts sales volumes and profit objectives through consistently motivating and developing the Parts team to be fully competent within their roles. Implementing processes and procedures that fit the business model and then monitoring them with the staff involved.

• To work with our parts management team to develop your skills within the business unit.
• This will involve you working in each section of the parts business to get a good understanding of how all areas operate and function.
• You will be asked at the end of each section for normally a 3-month period. to put your ideas and findings and solutions to your reporting group manager along with your Group Director.
• You will need to grasp the sales & marketing functions of the business as well as to understand the financial performance of the division.
• You will attend weekly and monthly Sales, Marketing, Inventory & financial meetings.
• The job will involve meeting regular stake holders in the business, including customers, suppliers, Manufacturers, Internal.
• Carry out all daily tasks as set out by the Group Parts Manager

• We are looking for someone with Graduate experience in the Finance or accounting arena
• Need a clean driving License
