As a senior figure within the Plymouth consultancy arm, yourought the lead on high-profile developments across Healthcare, Education, and Residential sectors. Your day-to-day will involve:

• End-to-End Delivery: Owning projects from the initial feasibility stage through to final handover.
• Contract Sovereignty: Acting as the lead authority on JCT and NEC contract suites.
• Financial Stewardship: Managing project budgets with precision, ensuring profitability and value engineering at every stage.
• Mentorship: Using your 8–10 years of experience to guide and upskill the next generation of PMs.
• Client Relations: Serving as the strategic bridge between the consultancy and its prestigious client base.

We are specifically looking for a professional who thrives in a consultancy environment.
Chartership is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Professional Status: Must hold MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM accreditation.
• Track Record: A minimum of 8–10 years of post‑qualification experience within a UK Construction Consultancy.
• Sector Knowledge: Proven ability to manage complex building assert!
• Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Asta Power Project or MS Project for complex scheduling.
