LOCATION: BABCOCK, Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, PL1 4SG

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF, 26.5 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.60 per hour

ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaner to join our team in Devonport Dockyard.

Yourdutieswillinvolvegeneral cleaningofoffice and welfareareas. Youwillbeworkinginsidemajorityofthe timebut walking from building to building will be required. You willberesponsibleformaintainingacleanandsafeenvironment. Tasksinvolvebutarenot limited todusting, vacuuming,cleaning of washrooms and Kitchen areas,litterpickingandwasteremoval.

As aCleaning Team Leadyou willbe responsible for leading a small team, ensuring tasks are complete to a high standard,assisting and directing the team to ensure service levels are met. You must be proactive and be able to problem solve, with good attention to detail. You must be reliable and flexible to the needs of the business. You will work closely with the Clientprovidingexcellent Customer Serviceto the Client and associated representees.
