Cleaner / Caretaker
We are currently recruiting for Cleaner / Caretaker for our client in Plymouth, to help maintain their excellent standards across their properties and outdoor spaces.
Pay rate is £12.97 per hour.
Working Monday to Friday.
We have part time and full time vacancies to fill on temporary contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing- Carrying out caretaking, cleaning, and grounds maintenance tasks across our properties.
- Supporting property clearances and helping to secure empty homes.
- Ensuring all areas are safe, tidy and compliant with health and safety best practice.
- Working closely with residents, neighbourhood housing teams and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Taking pride in creating safe, clean and welcoming spaces — and enjoying a role where no two days are the same.
