Head of Litigation - Plymouth

Are you a seasoned litigator ready to take the reins of a growing department? We're looking for a dynamic and driven solicitor to lead a Litigation team with a multi-office practice in their Plymouth office.

• Lead a Litigation team with a multi-office practice in Plymouth.
• Manage a varied caseload across general litigation, property disputes, and contentious probate matters.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers and support staff; shape strategy and team direction.
• (Bonus points for experience in personal injury, though it is not essential)

• Minimum 5 years  PQE
• Proven ability to manage and grow a caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with a collaborative approach to leadership
